Easy to clean and maintain, simply hand wash with mild soap and water after each use, and periodically treat with food-safe mineral oil or our handmade Beeswax Butter to enhance its natural luster and prolong its lifespan. With proper care, our teak cutting board will be a cherished kitchen companion for years to come.

 

All of our cutting boards are made to order and due to that the grain pattern and tones will be unique to that board.  If you have a particular request do not hesitate to contact us.

• 30-Day Return Period: We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for eligible cutting boards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this timeframe for a refund or exchange.

• Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, the cutting board must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may affect the eligibility of the return.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value to prevent loss or damage during transit.

• Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned cutting board, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

• Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized cutting boards are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with a custom order.

Shipping Methods:

• We primarily utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping our products to customers.  We offer two shipping options through USPS, including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. The shipping time for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package.  We also offer local Pick-up in Haddon Heights, NJ. 

Processing Time: 

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your package.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Generally, USPS Priority Mail delivers within 1-3 business days, while Priority Mail Express offers expedited delivery within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package, as well as the selected shipping method.
